It was a rough start to the eating process, with my flight rendering me and my appetite a little worse for wear.. but after a shower, power nap and a little walkabout the Joo Chiat area, I was all ready for a good feastin’! Stilton-stuffed, Parma ham-wrapped chicken breast
^ .. on a bed of tenderstem broccoli with buttery Charlotte potatoes. Seared with a sprig of thyme for a minute on each side and then baked for 15-ish minutes. Tasty, but next time I think I’ll flatten out the chicken breast so that I can encase the Cropwell Bishop better — too much ooze.
Dinner: Butter bean soup with savoy cabbage
