The first of many spectacular meals in Finland. ^ What a spread on my first evening with S&J. Note homemade bilberry pie. Amazing for staining teeth and clothes! ^ Vispipuuro. A deliciously refreshing, light squishy pink ligonberry (?) mousse. Served with a little milk. Deceptively light perhaps!

I’ve been getting ready to leave wonderful London to return to Wellington, NZ, hence the lack of posts.
